The ProteanOS package archive has been growing a little bigger than
expected [1] because pro-archman's garbage collection wasn't actually
working (…oops). So I fixed [2] that yesterday, and now I'm rebuilding
the package archive. It should shrink by 135 MiB.
Also, sorry for the release announcement spam; I noticed a couple more
minor issues last night when I started the archive rebuild.
