opkhelper 3.0.0-beta3 released

Hi,

I've just released a new version of opkhelper.

You can get the archives in gzip, bzip2, or xz compression from the
files site by HTTP [1] or FTP [2].

Or if you've cloned the Git repository [3], make sure you've checked out
the "opkhelper-3.0.0-beta3" tag.

Changes
-------

See the "ChangeLog" file and Git commit history for complete lists of
changes.

This version enables and fixes the kbuild build system plugin, one of
the backends used by the oh-auto* build system frontend utilities.
These changes are necessary to build the recently updated busybox and
linux-libre packages.

There is now a post-installation unit testing framework with some
general and regression tests against oh-installfiles. After installing
opkhelper, you can run `make test` to test your installation.

Notes
-----

Building opkhelper from outside the source tree is unsupported with the
non-recursive build system introduced in version 3.0.0-beta2. The
"INSTALL" file has been updated to reflect this [4].

Support for out-of-tree builds should be re-added before the final 3.0.0
release.
