ProteanOS in the VALS Semester of Code

ProteanOS is participating in the VALS Semester of Code pilot program, a
mentorship program for European computer science students to engage with
free software and open source organizations. We have five project
proposals submitted:

Suggestions for additional project ideas or improvements to any of these
five are welcome. The deadline for project submissions is now
2014-09-17 00:00 UTC (next Tuesday at 20:00, for those of us in
America/New_York or other time zones with the same UTC-0400 offset).
